Fear is a powerful emotion. We all face it every day in big and small ways. In my studies of personalities, I've discovered there are patterns of fears that people experience and how those fears limit them individually.
With the 4 people types of DISC, each type has a unique set of fears that impacts their decision making and growth.
The great thing about fear is understanding it and acknowledging our fears can bring great breakthroughs personally and professionally.
In this episode, I talk about what the fears are for each type and strategies to overcome/use these fears for personal development and growth.
