This week I wanted to take a break from interviews and talk to you about something I've been doing for 20 years. This simple habit has helped to shape my self-awareness and growth more than anything else in my life. 

In this episode, I talk about why I keep a journal and how you can start or restart the habit in your life. If you resist the idea, give me a chance to help you see what it can do for you.
